Contemporary Iranian Music night was the first event organised by Contemporary Iranian, with the help of Persian Empire.

The music line up were mostly hip-hop influenced, but still quite a colourful range of artists performed at this event. The line up included Simorgh, Reveal, Farinaz, Hichkas (digitally), Persia, Ali Blabla, DJ Ashkan and DJ Shervin.

The gig at the Camden World drew a crowd of more than 300 music-loving people. The success of this night initiated the idea for extending such events.
